Drop Ship Accounts: 

Navrat’s Office Products waives the shipping fees on all online orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous states.  For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of $6.00.  And we never charge a handling fee. All orders that are submitted by 2:00pm CST will go out same day.

Exceptions include delivery that is expedited or special such as second day air or overnight delivery, on product items that indicate “shipping additional” or on palleted orders.  In zones where next day delivery isn’t available, you may request overnight priority for an extra charge.

Sales Deliveries:

If your Navrat’s account is set up as a wrap and label account, your online orders will be delivered by your sales representative unless direct ship is requested on your online order.  To request, before submitting your cart check the “Add Order Notes” box and indicate that you’d like your order shipped in the drop down box.  If your order is over $50, shipping fees will be waived.  Otherwise, there will be a flat shipping fee of $6.00.  See additional stipulations above.

Orders placed via your sales representative or an in-house customer sales rep:

As a Navrat’s customer, you may have a full-time sales representative assigned to your account.  All orders placed through your sales rep or through an in-house customer service rep will automatically be delivered by your sales representative at no charge unless otherwise requested at the time of the order.  Shipping fees will be assessed as above on all items that are available for drop shipping.  Exceptions include special orders, custom furniture, custom printing, Specialty Ad items, Apparel/Embroidery, Hats, factory direct items and palleted orders.  All in-person deliveries are scheduled by your local sales representative.

Shipping info:

Free local delivery is provided within the Emporia area to business addresses.  Navrat’s can ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.   International orders, orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and the US Territories will be assessed as requested but will not qualify for free shipping or flat rate shipping.  A physical address is required for all orders as we are unable to ship or deliver to PO boxes.  Orders shipped will be sent via UPS or by courier service.  Inside delivery is provided by both services.   All packages may require a signature so a person must be available to accept delivery during regular business hours.  If any part of your order was shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges for returns.  Depending on your order, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive and be packaged separately.

Furniture Delivery:

Navrat’s Office Products waives all delivery, set-up and haul off fees of all custom-ordered furniture at any price range, unless otherwise stated at the time of order.  Delivery times will be based on project scope and internal delivery schedules.

Furniture orders online will be subject to the same minimums and order stipulations as any other online order.
